Ingredients
- 4 cups flour (the one you usually use)
- 3.5 oz sourdough (or 0.2 oz of fresh yeast)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3.5 tbsp orange juice
- 7 oz milk
- orange zest
- orange marmalade
- 2 egg yolks
Steps
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, butter, and orange zest.
Start kneading and add the egg yolks.
Add the orange juice, as you knead if necessary add a little flour.
The dough should not be sticky, make a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise overnight, until it doubles.
After rising, take the dough, roll it out and fill it with the marmalade, roll it up and place it in a plumcake mold.
Let it rise for about an hour then preheat the oven to 180°F, bake for 20 minutes, do the toothpick test and if necessary extend the cooking time a bit.
