Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 tbsps white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsps dark chocolate chips
- 1 oz oz milk chocolate (shavings)

Preparation
To prepare the triple chocolate muffins, start by mixing the sugar, eggs, and lukewarm melted butter in a large bowl with a mixer. Then add the sifted flour with the baking powder, gradually incorporating it, and pour in the milk slowly. Finally, add the sifted cocoa, mixing until you get a thick and homogeneous batter.
Add the white and dark chocolate chips and the milk chocolate shavings, stirring gently with a spoon to distribute them evenly in the batter.
Distribute the batter into muffin cups placed in the muffin pan, filling them 3/4 full.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let them cool before serving.
Tips and Storage
If you can’t find white chocolate chips, you can substitute them with white chocolate shavings.
