The Orange Cake is one of the easiest and fastest cakes to make. I used the Thermomix for convenience, but a mixer or electric whisks are also fine.

Ingredients
- 1 orange (Whole)
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

Steps
Wash the orange thoroughly. Cut it into pieces and blend it together with the sugar for 15 seconds at speed 10.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds at speed 5.
Here is the batter ready.
Transfer the mixture into a 9.5″ greased and floured Bundt cake pan and bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.
Ready. Let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Delicious, perfect for a snack or breakfast.
Variants;
If you prefer a lactose-free version, replace the milk with a plant-based beverage.
For a more indulgent version, add chocolate chips.
Instead of powdered sugar, prepare an orange glaze or use chocolate glaze.
