Pizza boats are a real treat! The recipe is very easy, I used ready-made pizza dough, and to fill them I put cooked ham, mozzarella, smoked cheese, and speck, but you can create new combinations, such as onion and feta, or mushrooms and cheese. The small focaccias are soft and tasty, perfect to serve both hot and cold, ideal for accompanying an aperitif or for a night with friends. Very good are also the pizza cannoli and the quick pizza sticks. With this dose, you’ll make about 8 pizza boats, but if you prefer, you can make homemade pizza dough. Now, I’ll leave you with the step-by-step illustrated recipe.
