Ingredients
- 8.8 oz mascarpone
- 5 oz ladyfingers
- 3.5 oz sugar
- 2 oz limoncello
- coconut flour
Preparation of Limoncello Truffles
Break the ladyfingers into pieces and finely chop them in a food processor.
In a bowl, cream the mascarpone with the sugar using a spoon or spatula.
Add the powdered ladyfingers and the limoncello and mix thoroughly until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture.
Place some coconut flour on a plate.
With damp hands, form balls with the prepared mixture and roll them in the coconut flour, so they are completely covered.
Put the limoncello truffles thus created on a plate or tray and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
You can store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a couple of days.
