Tools

What we need to prepare

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Baking Dish
  • 1 Oven

Steps

Let’s go to the kitchen to prepare

  • To prepare aromatic pork ribs, we must first prepare the roast herbs.
I invite you to follow this link.
You can easily prepare it at home. Or buy them ready-made.

The good scent of the Southern herbs
  • Now we will prepare the marinade.
If you want to bake, I recommend leaving the ribs whole.
While for the air fryer, you should adjust to cut the part of ribs according to the width of your appliance’s basket

  • Place the ribs in a bowl, and distribute the herbs, paprika, rosemary, and minced garlic on top.
Massage the meat well on all sides.
If you want a slightly spicy taste, you could also add some chili powder with these herbs.

  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or even better overnight. The longer the ribs stay in contact with the herbs, the more succulent their flavor will be.

  • Baking:
Transfer the ribs to a baking dish and distribute the wine all around.
Spray some oil on the top of the meat and bake in a fan oven at 284°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  • Air fryer cooking
Pour the wine into the bottom of your air fryer, then place the grill on top and distribute the whole ribs on it.
Spray a little Spray oil and cook at 356°F for about 40 minutes, but you need to flip them halfway through cooking.

  • For faster cooking, in an air fryer, cut the ribs one by one and you can cook them for only 30 minutes, still at 356°F, turning them over halfway through cooking.

  • And here are the aromatic pork ribs ready

Sprinkle a grind of pepper and a little salt on top and serve very hot.

    Enjoy your meal.
