Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 oz dark chocolate
- 3.5 tbsp oat milk
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Steps
In a bowl, add the eggs with the sugar. Mix with a hand whisk.
In a small pot, add the dark chocolate and oat milk. Move to the stovetop and let the chocolate melt.
To the egg and sugar mixture, add the sunflower oil and mix with the whisk.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix with the hand whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Finally, add the melted chocolate with oat milk. Mix with the hand whisk.
Pour the mixture into a 6.3-inch bundt pan that has been previously greased and floured. If you like, sprinkle oats on the surface.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. Make sure to check the baking time based on your oven with a skewer test.

The cake remains soft for 2-3 days if kept under a glass dome or in an airtight container at room temperature
