Useful Tips
If you want even more fragrant fritters, use untreated oranges and also add a pinch of grated zest.
For a lighter version, you can also cook them in an air fryer, spraying them with a little oil.
If you love super indulgent sweets, roll them in granulated sugar just after draining: the sugar adheres better.
You can use fine coconut flour or desiccated coconut, depending on what you have in the pantry.
They are also perfect the next day, just warm them up for a moment.
