Ok, today I didn’t want to dirty the stand mixer so I thought of making a bottle apple cake, using a regular plastic water bottle, no mixer, in a few minutes I put it in the oven.
The bottle apple cake recipe is perfect if you’re looking for a very easy dessert, if you’re not experienced in the kitchen or if you don’t have a mixer or electric beaters available, in a minute it’s ready to pour into the pan.
The dessert without butter is simple and tasty with lots of apples to make in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2.5 oz Sugar
- 2.8 oz All-purpose flour
- Half packet Baking powder for desserts
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3.4 tbsp Milk
- 2 Apples
Preparation
Take a plastic bottle and using a funnel, pour in the sugar, flour, and baking powder.
Add the eggs, oil, and milk.
Cap the bottle and shake vigorously until you have a creamy mixture, it will take about a minute.
Line an 18 cm (7-inch) pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture.
Peel an apple and cut into thin slices, insert them randomly into the batter, no specific shape needed.
Proceed with the second apple then sprinkle with granulated sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F
Bake for 25 minutes.
