- 7 oz chocolate
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 2 egg whites
- 5.3 oz ricotta
- 1.4 oz sugar

- 2.1 oz dark chocolate (60-69%)
- 2 tablespoons coffee
