Coconut, Yogurt, and Chocolate Balls

The coconut, yogurt, and chocolate balls are made with only four ingredients, are gluten-free, and cooked in an air fryer.

Coconut, Yogurt, and Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Steps

  • To make the coconut, yogurt, and chocolate balls, pour the shredded coconut and Greek yogurt into a bowl.

  • Add the maple syrup and chocolate chips. Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • With your hands, take small amounts of the mixture and form balls weighing about 10 to 12 grams each.

  • Place the balls in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Cook at 320°F for 10-12 minutes, until golden.

  • Once cooked, let them cool, then enjoy. Enjoy!
