Chard bundles are a tasty main course, which could also be considered a one-dish meal. Fill them with cold cuts and cheeses you have available in your fridge.

Ingredients
- 10 oz chard (boiled)
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 5.3 oz diced speck
- 5.3 oz smoked provola
- 2 eggs
- 1 fine salt
- 1 black pepper (ground)
- 2 puff pastry (rectangular)
Preparation
Blend the chard until it becomes a puree.
Place the blended chard in a bowl and add the eggs, diced provola, diced speck, cream cheese, salt, pepper.
Cut the puff pastry into 4 parts, fill each part with some filling and seal well.
Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes at 356°F
Notes
If you want to have chard or other vegetables (such as spinach, green beans…) always ready, I recommend preserving them during the summer by blanching and freezing them, dividing them into portions in freezer bags. You’ll have portions always at your disposal.
