  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Dough Scraper

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing the super soft homemade bread rolls: pour all the ingredients except the butter into a bowl and start kneading with the help of a spoon.
Then transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface, add the softened butter, and continue to knead the rolls until you form a homogeneous dough that you will put back in the bowl covered with cling film to rise.

  • Let it rise until the dough doubles in size and only then transfer it again to a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough into 12-15 parts and form balls with the palm of your hands, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and let rise again for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, brush the rolls with milk and egg, bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 14 minutes.

    Enjoy your meal!!
