Ingredients
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 1 apple
- pomegranate seeds
- lemon juice
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Fennel and Apple Salad
Clean the fennel by removing the core and green stalks, save a little of their fronds to decorate the salad, wash them and slice thinly.
Wash the apple, remove the core and slice it thinly to match the thickness of the fennel slices.
Put everything in a bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice.Season with a handful of pomegranate seeds, extra virgin olive oil, and salt, and gently mix.
Complete with a bit of the fennel fronds rinsed under running water and serve your fennel and apple salad.
