  • 1. Prepare the batter: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the sifted flour alternating with the milk, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.

    Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.

  • 2. Cook the apples: Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into cubes.

    Place them in a pot with a splash of water and cook over medium heat until tender, about 15 minutes.
