Today I made a super soft and moist apple cake. Incredibly fragrant. Doesn’t apple cake remind you of grandma’s sweet? I love eating it still warm, with lots of apples that melt in your mouth with every bite.
For convenience, I used the stand mixer for preparation, but there’s no need to whip anything, so you can easily use a hand whisk.

Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 oz butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet vanillin
Tools
- Stand Mixer
- Pan springform
Steps
Pour the eggs and sugar into the bowl of the stand mixer. Mix for a few minutes without whipping.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together.
Add 2 washed apples, peeled and diced.
Mix well, transfer the mixture into a greased and floured 9.5-inch pan.
Add 1 diced apple on top and bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
Delicious while warm. But it’s great even the next day.
Variations:
Add plant-based milk, lactose-free butter for a lighter version.
Add walnuts to the batter for a crunchy touch.
Use the base with other types of fruit.
