  • 2 artichokes
  • 2 Abate pears
  • 0.5 oz almonds
  • 2 oz Parmesan Reggiano DOP (shaved)
  • 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 lemon (juice)

Steps

  • Clean the artichokes by removing the tougher outer leaves until you reach the heart, cut the tips and remove the stem (you can use it for other preparations), cut the artichokes in half and remove the choke.
