Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (lactose-free optional)
  • 2 tsp sugar (you can use up to 6-8 tsp for sweeter cookies)

Steps

  • You can buy packaged almond flour at the supermarket or make it yourself by blending almonds in a food processor.

    In a mixing bowl add the almond flour, then add the sugar and yogurt.

    I also added two or three grams of vanilla baking powder, but if you don’t have it, they will still turn out well.

    Mix all the ingredients with a fork gradually until you get a soft mixture.

    Prepare a baking tray and line it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  • Turn on the oven in convection mode and set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Once it’s hot, bake the cookies for 10-11 minutes.

    Once golden and crispy, you can remove them from the oven.

Tips for Storing 3-Ingredient Cookies

The 3-ingredient cookies can be stored for two or three days in an airtight glass cookie jar.
