Steps
Making the seed crackers is very easy.
In a bowl, pour the seeds, chopped almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios.
Add a pinch of salt, paprika, oregano, and mix everything with a spoon.
Also add the water and after mixing, cover the bowl and let it rest at room temperature for about a half hour.
Take the baking sheet or a baking tray and line it with compostable paper.
Spread the mixture in a thin layer and use a spatula or dough cutter to mark the edges of the crackers.
This way, once baked, they will be ready to be broken apart.
Bake slowly until you get golden and crisp crackers.
Static oven baking at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 30 minutes.
When they are nicely golden, remove them from the oven and let them cool before tasting.
