Yes, because I drink juice not in the morning but during lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
Let’s see what we need to prepare this recipe:
- 1 lb turkey (slices)
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (you will need it to flour the slices)
- 1 cup white wine (about 1 cup)
- 3 oranges (3 medium-sized oranges to be juiced)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil (for the pan)
- to taste salt
- 3 tbsp water (a few tablespoons of water)
Tools
- 1 Pan
- 1 Citrus Juicer
- 1 Fork
- 1 Measuring Jug glass measuring jug
Steps
Let’s prepare the turkey.
First, take the oranges and make the juice, then set aside
Take the turkey slices and flour both sides well.
In the meantime, we’ve already oiled the pan that will be used for cooking.
I just oiled the pan to make the dish less browned; if you prefer, you can add a bit more oil as you’re accustomed to.
Now that the turkey is in the pan, let it brown on both sides. When a nice crust forms, we’re ready to add the rest of the ingredients.
Raise the heat under the pan, take the white wine and let it evaporate.
Once the wine has evaporated, add the orange juice and a couple of tablespoons of water.
Add salt, cover the pan, lower the heat, and let it cook until the turkey is done.
Occasionally turn the slices in the pan.
Once cooked, you’ll see how flavorful your cooking liquid is, but most importantly, how creamy it is.
Storing Turkey Slices with Orange
If there are leftover turkey slices with orange, let them cool completely after cooking.
Place them in an airtight container, preferably with their sauce to keep them moist.
They keep in the refrigerator for 1–2 days.
When ready to eat, warm them in a pan or microwave on low power, adding a tablespoon of water or orange juice if needed.
