Ingredients

  • 3 slices rusks (even 4 if you prefer a thicker base layer)
  • 10 teaspoons milk (the crumbled slices must compact into a mush, add liquid if necessary)
  • 100 g ricotta (also lactose-free)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (if you prefer more sweetness, add more honey)
  • 1 nectarine peaches (or another type as long as they are ripe)
  • 2 apricots (ripe)

Steps

  • The ingredients I provided are for one cup only.

    Increase the quantities based on the single servings you want to make.

    Let’s start with the base, begin by crumbling the rusks.

    Add the milk and compact.

    Cover with a first layer of ricotta and then chopped fruit, and then again with ricotta cream.

  • Finish with some more pieces of fruit or dark chocolate shavings.

    Let them rest in the fridge for a few hours, they will be more compact and delicious when you eat them.
