- 8 oz ricotta (lactose-free is fine too)
- 4 blocks dark chocolate (chopped with a knife to garnish the surface)
- 0.5 cup water
- 1 tbsp liquor (rum or another, I used hazelnut liquor)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (or white granulated or powdered sugar)

Steps
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the orange juice, oil, the grated zest of a whole lemon, and a pinch of salt.
Now combine sifted flour and baking powder.
In the greased and floured mold, place the batter and bake at a preheated static oven at 338°F for about 22 minutes.
The clever cake mold measures 10 inches in diameter.
Very convenient for this type of cakes, to be garnished on the surface with creams and fruit.
