The matcha tea and yogurt cake is a sweet preparation with a soft texture and a particular color that can vary from dark green to light.
Matcha tea is a special type of tea that contains antioxidant properties.
Its taste pairs wonderfully with the aroma of lemon, of which I used the zest and juice.
If you love tea and citrus fruits, you must try this cake because it is not only delicious but also rich in beneficial properties.
