Ingredients
Let’s see what we need to prepare the sea bream with lemon cooked in a pan.
- sea bream (1.3 lbs)
- lemon (1 organic, edible peel)
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt
- to taste pepper
Tools
No special tools will be needed. Just the pan to cook the fish
Steps
Let’s see the steps to prepare it
First, clean the sea bream or have the fishmonger do it for you. At this point, we start to season it.
Slice the lemon and garlic and insert them into the cavity of the belly. Also add the rosemary. Salt and pepper.
Now take a pan and add a clove of garlic, a sprig of rosemary, and some olive oil.
Turn on the stove and set it to low heat. The oil should not fry but should just absorb the flavor of the ingredients inside.
After a few minutes, add the sea bream, on which we will also place some lemon slices.
Now raise the heat a little and deglaze with white wine, add half a glass of water, and let it cook for about twenty minutes covered. Depending on the size of the fish or the number of fish, it may take more or less time. Plate your fish, pouring over the remaining sauce from the pan. Enjoy your meal
