- 1/2 teaspoon salt (pinch)
- drops balsamic vinegar (optional)
Steps
Let’s see how to prepare the delicious Korean pancakes
I started by preparing the batter, I put cold water and salt and added flour gradually, it should be neither too liquid nor too solid.
Wash and thinly slice all the veggies and set them aside.
Now add the sliced vegetables to the batter.
Take a non-stick pan and grease it like when you prepare sweet pancakes or crepes. Heat it up and pour small amounts of batter, one spoonful at a time. Flatten them a bit so they will cook better. Flip them several times until they are slightly grilled.
They will be ready when a nice crust has formed on the outside.
