- 2 potatoes
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 1 ¼ cups mozzarella
- 4 ¼ oz mortadella
- oz grated Parmesan
- to taste salt
How to Prepare Puff Pastry Swirls with Potatoes
First, boil the potatoes, then mash them and season with a pinch of salt and Parmesan.
Unroll the puff pastry and fill it with the potato puree. Also, add the mortadella and cheese.
Roll the pastry onto itself from the wider side, cover and let rest in the freezer for 20 minutes. Cut the roll into slices about 1 ½ inch thick, and finally place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake your swirls for 20 minutes at 356°F in a static oven.
