Crazy shrimp chips with rice papers: only 2 ingredients and air fryer for a super crispy snack.
An incredibly easy recipe that is driving the web crazy, perfect when you want to serve something different without complicating your life. Whole shrimp are enclosed between two rice papers and, thanks to the air fryer cooking, they turn into light, golden, and irresistibly crispy chips.
Ideal as a tasty appetizer, fish starter, or snack to share, these chips are prepared in minutes and don’t require special techniques or long marination. The rice paper puffs up while cooking, creating a “bubbly” effect, while the shrimp stay juicy inside, for a contrast of textures that wins at the first bite. Great to enjoy freshly made, they are still good the next day, reheated for a few minutes in the air fryer.
If you are looking for a quick recipe, with few ingredients and a wow result, the shrimp chips with rice papers are the perfect solution to impress with simplicity.
