Sausage Risotto is a classic from Northern Italian cuisine, a very tasty and flavorful dish that pleases both adults and children. You can prepare this risotto with Arborio or Carnaroli rice, which perfectly absorbs liquids and releases its starch, creating the typical risotto texture.
It’s a simple yet very tasty and appetizing dish. To prepare it, I started by browning the sausage. Then I added the rice and the hot broth, which I prepare with homemade bouillon.
To further enrich the dish, you can add grated Parmesan cheese at the end of cooking.
