Savory profiteroles with cooked ham mousse, a super quick appetizer with no cooking required. Just blend the cream, cut the profiteroles, and fill them. Perfect for the Christmas season, these profiteroles are made with very few ingredients and will make a great impression!
Of course, I prepared them with ready-made profiteroles that I bought at the supermarket. If you feel like it, you can prepare the choux pastry and make them at home, but these days I’m more for practical things, so I bought them.
These savory profiteroles are also ideal for a buffet or appetizer with friends, not necessarily during the holidays. You can serve them with some olives and a good glass of prosecco.

Steps: Savory Profiteroles with Ham Mousse
Preparing this recipe is really simple: put the sheep ricotta and the chopped cooked ham into the blender glass and blend. You should get a cream with small pieces, but if you prefer it smoother, blend for a longer time.
Now cut all the profiteroles in half and fill them generously with a spoon.
At this point, cover with the top half and place the profiteroles in the fridge.
