Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 5.3 oz mascarpone
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 7 oz berries
- 1 tbsp sugar

Steps: Cream Cups with Berries
First, prepare the berry puree. Set aside a few blackberries for decoration and put both the berries and the sugar in an immersion blender, then blend until smooth.
Now put the cream, sugar, and mascarpone in a bowl and whip everything together with a mixer until you get a smooth and firm cream.
At this point, put the cream in a piping bag and distribute it into cups, add the fruit puree, and finish with the reserved blackberries.
Store in the refrigerator until serving.
