Pan-fried Broccoli with Anchovies

Sautéed broccoli are good, but with anchovies they become special: an excellent side dish, quick and tasty, perfect paired with either meat or fish. It is a really simple dish, and if you love spicy flavors, you can also add a pinch of chili pepper to give it an extra touch.

After the sautéed broccoli with bacon, which are really good, I thought of making them also in this version with anchovies, equally tasty. I often prepare broccoli because I like them very much and even my son has happily eaten them since he was little.

Perfect for this time of year because they are in season, you just need to divide them into florets, boil them for a few minutes, and sauté them in a pan to flavor them. When broccoli are not in season, you can make this recipe with frozen ones.
