Veal Slices with Cheese

Veal slices with cheese are a simple and tasty main course, prepared with slices of meat quickly cooked in a pan and enriched with cheese. The meat remains tender and juicy, while the cheese, which can be a stringy cheese or a sweet easily meltable cheese, forms an appetizing topping.

Even the pork loin slices with spinach and cheese are very good, perfect for the whole family.

It’s a quick dish to make, it really takes 5 minutes and is ideal for a practical yet tasty dinner. You can accompany it with vegetable side dishes or simple mashed potatoes.

You can prepare this dish with veal slices, but also chicken or pork according to your taste. Cooked in this way and made delicious by the cheese, they are also liked by me who doesn’t particularly love meat.
