Chocolate Lava Cake

The chocolate lava cake is an easy, quick, and irresistible dessert! It’s a very indulgent single-serving dessert that hides a surprise inside: the center remains soft, and once opened, the molten chocolate heart flows onto the plate.

Ideal to prepare in advance and bake at the last minute to impress your friends, the chocolate lava cake is a true delight for the palate. The secret of the molten center lies in the cooking, which can be done either in the oven or in an air fryer: in the recipe, as always, I explain both cooking methods.

Few ingredients for a delicious dessert that will leave you licking your lips!
