Super Soft Yogurt Cake

The Super Soft Yogurt Cake is a delicious and light dessert, perfect for any occasion! Its texture is soft, thanks to the use of yogurt, which not only provides moisture but also a fresh and delicate flavor.

To prepare it, you need simple ingredients like flour, sugar, eggs, and of course, yogurt, which can be plain or fruit-flavored. I used a 8-inch square cake pan, alternatively, a 9.5-inch round one will also work.

You can customize the cake by adding fresh fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips. Once baked, I sprinkled it with powdered sugar. It’s a dessert that everyone loves, perfect for breakfast or as a snack!

You can bake the yogurt cake both in the oven and in an air fryer. The recipe provides all the necessary instructions.
