Taleggio gnocchetti, a first course that is delicious and super quick to make both in the traditional way and with pan cooking. A truly practical and very easy recipe to execute, but also tasty and flavorful. You can prepare this dish with tricolor gnocchetti, as I did, or with classic potato gnocchetti.
Since I didn’t have time to make the gnocchi at home, I opted for ready-made ones, but nothing stops you, if you want, from making them yourself. This dish is prepared in a few minutes and everything is cooked in the same pan: first the gnocchetti with a bit of water and, at the end, just add the Taleggio and the dish is ready.
