Steps for Caprese Salad
To prepare the Caprese salad, I used round tomatoes. If you can’t find them, you can easily use beefsteak tomatoes.
Wash the tomatoes, dry them well and slice them, then season with a pinch of salt. Also slice the mozzarellas and arrange the tomato slices alternated with mozzarella slices on the plate.
Add some basil (you can also leave the leaves whole; I preferred to tear them with my fingers), drizzle with olive oil, and the dish is ready!
