  • Half cauliflower
  • 5.3 oz canned tuna in oil (drained)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation of Tuna and Cauliflower

  • Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets. Put them in a pot with salted boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, then drain.

    Put one tablespoon of oil in a pan, sauté a clove of garlic, and add the cauliflower. Let it season for 5 minutes, then add the tuna, adjust the salt, give it a stir, and turn off the heat.

    Remove the garlic clove and serve.

    You can replace it with Romanesco broccoli or regular green broccoli.
