Preparation of Tuna and Cauliflower
Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets. Put them in a pot with salted boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, then drain.
Put one tablespoon of oil in a pan, sauté a clove of garlic, and add the cauliflower. Let it season for 5 minutes, then add the tuna, adjust the salt, give it a stir, and turn off the heat.
Remove the garlic clove and serve.
