Ingredients
- 2 cups peas (fresh or frozen)
- 3.5 oz canned tuna in oil
- a quarter of onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt

Preparation of Tuna and Peas
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion for a couple of minutes.
Then add the peas and let them cook over medium heat, covered, for about 8 minutes. If they dry out too much, add a little water. Then season with salt, add the drained tuna, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
At this point, the Tuna and Peas will be ready. Serve the dish hot.
