Granola in Air Fryer

Granola is a crunchy, energetic mix of nuts and dried fruits with cereals and seeds. Making it at home is very simple and with the air fryer, it’s ready in no time. It’s perfect for breakfast or a snack. I put it in plain yogurt to make it more delicious and give it a crunchy touch, but you can.

Preparing this granola is really simple: just put everything together and mix. I used maple syrup to sweeten it, but you can replace it with honey.

Granola is also delicious with milk or eaten on its own: it’s a real treat! I started with ready-made muesli, but you can also make it yourself by combining oat and corn flakes, shredded coconut, raisins, and dried fruits. I added some seeds, almonds, and pistachios, but you can obviously add the nuts you prefer.

Once ready, just put it in a glass jar and it will keep in the pantry for several days.
