Air Fryer Belgian Endive Gratin

Air Fryer Belgian Endive Gratin, a great side dish that is prepared very quickly with very few ingredients that we all have at home. It is a simple yet tasty side dish, perfect to accompany a meat or fish main course.

Endive can be prepared in various ways: in a pan, on the grill, in the oven, but I find that cooking it this way is very good because the breadcrumb coating softens its typical bitter taste. To make this dish more flavorful, I added speck, which becomes very crispy, but if you prefer, you can also skip it.

I use this air fryer with dual resistance and Wi-Fi connection. Also, check out all my AIR FRYER recipes.
