Pasta with cauliflower and tuna, an easy recipe for a first or a very tasty main dish. When I don’t have much time to prepare dinner, this dish comes to my aid because I prepare it quickly and it satisfies the whole family.
Since I was a child, I have been eating pasta with cauliflower, and my son goes crazy for it too, but this version with tuna is much more delicious and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 11 oz fusilli
- Half cauliflower
- 5 oz tuna (drained)
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- salt
How to Prepare Pasta with Cauliflower and Tuna
Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets, pour them into a pot with salted boiling water and after a minute add the pasta.
When there are 5 minutes left for the pasta to cook, put a drizzle of oil in a large pan, sauté a clove of garlic and add the tuna.
Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the tuna, after removing the garlic clove, mix well and serve.
