The Banana and Yogurt Bundt Cake is a light dessert without butter that you can enjoy any time of the day. Perfect for breakfast or a snack, I always have a slice with a cup of hot tea or herbal tea.
This cake is particularly easy to make, it only takes 10 minutes and if you cook it in an air fryer like I did, it only takes 25 minutes for a perfect bake!
If you have overripe bananas at home that you don’t know how to use, here’s the right recipe! Just mash them with a fork and add them to the batter to get a soft cake and you’ll smell the delicious banana aroma while it bakes.

How to Make Banana and Yogurt Bundt Cake
In a bowl, mash the bananas using a fork, add the sugar and mix well with a whisk.
Combine the liquid ingredients, then yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, oil, and continue mixing with the whisk.
At this point, add flour, baking powder, and the pinch of salt that should never be missing in sweets. Mix well to remove any lumps and pour the batter into an oiled and floured Bundt pan.
I baked the cake in the AIR FRYER on Bake mode, at 320°F for 25 minutes.
If you prefer using the OVEN set at 356°F for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven.
