Invisible apple cake, a cake with lots of apples and little batter cooked in an air fryer, quick to prepare and bake! The peculiarity of this cake is that it has an almost liquid batter, reminiscent of crepe batter, and lots of thinly sliced apples.
A light, very moist cake without butter but delicious and with a wonderful cinnamon aroma!
Apple pie is the classic dessert that grandma makes, but this lighter version will win you over from the first bite.

How to Make Invisible Apple Cake in Air Fryer
Mix the eggs and sugar with a whisk, then add the milk, oil, and mix everything.
Also add the salt, flour, and baking powder and mix again to remove any lumps.
Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them in half, then slice them thinly with the mandolin and add them to the batter.
Mix the apples well with a spatula and pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper. Put it in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes at 320°F, at the end do the toothpick test and if necessary extend the cooking time by a couple of minutes.
Once completely cooled, gently remove it from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
