Puff Pastry Salmon Croissants, a delicious and quick appetizer to prepare, perfect for an aperitif or a buffet.

Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry (round)
  • 1.76 oz smoked salmon
  • 1.76 oz cream cheese
  • chives
  • sesame seeds

How to Prepare the Puff Pastry Salmon Croissants

  • Open the roll of puff pastry and cut it into four parts, then divide each quarter into three wedges, so you will get 12 triangles.

    Make a small cut at the end of each wedge. (1)

    Place a small piece of salmon and a teaspoon of cream cheese on each triangle. Don’t overfill, or the filling will come out while baking. (2-3)

    Finally, add a pinch of chives. (3)

    Roll the croissants by slightly pressing the tips, brush them with a little water, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Bake in a fan oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about 25 minutes.
