Chicken skewers in the air fryer, a tasty and simple second course that you can pair with any side dish.
I really like lamb skewers, but it’s a bit difficult to find them in my area, and when I saw these chicken ones, I bought them immediately. They have a much more delicate flavor and are suitable even for children, as my son ate a lot of them…
I seasoned them with lots of herbs, a bit of oil, and left them to marinate in the fridge for about an hour.
As you might know by now, I like quick dishes that don’t require constant monitoring, and I would say this is exactly my kind of meal. The preparation time is really short, and the cooking happens practically on its own!
You can pair these chicken skewers with a nice green salad, tomatoes, potatoes… they go well with everything!

How to make Chicken Skewers in an Air Fryer
First, chop the rosemary and other herbs. Season the skewers with a drizzle of oil and add a pinch of pepper and garlic powder and the chopped herbs. Turn them well to make sure the seasoning adheres on all sides and place in the fridge to marinate for about an hour.
Place the skewers in the air fryer in a single layer, alternating them one side and the other to save space.
Cook at 374°F for 10 minutes, then increase to 392°F for another 3 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and serve immediately.
