Tomato and feta salad, a very simple, quick, and very tasty dish, just the way I like it. Feta is a cheese I love; I find it very versatile, in fact, I use it a lot in salads and cold first courses, but it’s also delicious when cooked.
When I think of summer, juicy and flavorful tomatoes come to mind. There are many ways to use them, but when I’m in a hurry, I opt for this salad which, thanks to the feta, is tasty and only takes 5 minutes to prepare.
With this heat, salads are a lifesaver for dinner; I keep preparing cold dishes: rice salads, couscous, big salads, and bruschettas.

Notes
You can also prepare this salad using cherry tomatoes instead of regular tomatoes.
I don’t recommend storing this salad, better to make it fresh and eat it right away.
