Watermelon and Feta Salad, a light and super fresh dish to bring to the table on scorching days. It takes 10 minutes to prepare, requires no cooking or special procedures, just cut the ingredients into pieces and season them.
In summer, when it’s hot and I’m not very hungry, I prefer to eat something fresh. This light and refreshing salad is ideal because it’s also tasty.
I had always heard about the combination of watermelon and feta but had never tried it before. I must admit that I didn’t think it would be so good. I recommend trying this recipe because, besides being ready in 10 minutes, it’s no-cook and also economical!

Ingredients
- 28 oz watermelon
- 9 oz feta
- 4.5 oz green olives
- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- 5 leaves basil
How to Make Watermelon and Feta Salad
Cut the watermelon into slices, remove the rind, then dice it and place it in a bowl. I removed the seeds; if you want, you can do the same.
Dice the feta as well, add it to the watermelon, and include the olives.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and torn basil, then mix everything.
Divide into plates and serve the watermelon and feta salad immediately.
Notes
I recommend preparing this dish right before serving because the watermelon might release some liquid if left in the fridge for too long.
