How to prepare Nutella Tartlets in Air Fryer
Put the butter cut into pieces and sugar in a bowl and work with your fingertips. Add the eggs and continue working, crushing the dough with your fingertips.
Finally, add the flour, baking powder, and work with your hands just enough to form a ball. At this point, wrap the dough in plastic wrap, flatten it slightly, and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the dough from the plastic wrap, work it for a minute, and roll it out with a rolling pin, using a little flour as needed.
Line the molds with the dough, fill with Nutella, and cover with strips of shortcrust pastry.
Cook the tartlets in the air fryer for 11 minutes at 347°F. Let them cool completely and, if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the model of air fryer you own, always check the cooking.
