The pizza dough prepared with the bread machine is a very simple recipe. The convenience of this appliance is that it takes care of everything, both the mixing and the rising phase.

How to Prepare Pizza Dough with Bread Machine
Put all the ingredients into the bread machine basket in the order indicated. Start with the liquids, first water and oil, then add salt, flour, and finally the yeast. Close the lid and turn on the bread machine using the dough-only program, on mine, it’s number 11.
When the machine has finished kneading, remove the dough ball and take out the kneading hook, then put the dough back into the basket.
At the end of the processing phase, the rising will begin. Once this is also complete, you can remove the dough and proceed with rolling it out on a baking tray.
