How to prepare Feta with Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes in Air Fryer
Quarter the cherry tomatoes and place them in a paper tray, add the mushrooms cut into thick slices and place the feta in the center.
Add the onion cut into rather thick slices and coarsely chopped parsley. Finish with a pinch of salt only on the vegetables and a spray of oil.
Cook in the air fryer at 356°F for 16 minutes and serve immediately.
